PROVIDING THE COMFORT CONDITIONS OF ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF TODAY-S TECHOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION AS THE MAIN INDIVIDUAL RIGHT-AND-DUTY: ESSENCE, PROBLEMS, MAIN DIRECTIONS
Abstract
The goal of this study is to construct doctrinal and legal grounds of the doctrinal and legal grounds of the complex modelling of legal regulation of right-and-duty of an individual on providing the comfort conditions of environment with authors? scientific and practical proposals. This article consists of five chapters and conclusion. The first one is devoted to the problems of intensification of the processes of the technological modernization of the modern society. The second one is about legal regulation of these processes as a factor of minimization of its destruction impact on environment. Third chapter described the principle of unity of the right on comfort conditions of environment and the duty to protect and develop it. The forth one deal with the constitutional principle of ecological (nature-protect) state as legal realization of imperative on providing comfort conditions of environment. The fifth chapter is devoted to the essence, main directions and significance of the integration of Russian legal system into the international system of legal providing comfort conditions of environment. In the study the systemic, comparative, sociological and statistical methods are used.
