Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of anthropogenic chemical factors on the formation of comorbid conditions associated with pancreatic pathology under combined gene polymorphism. The urgency of the problem lies in the disruption of the ecological balance and pathological adaptation of the organism to an excessive level of ecological anthropogenic factors due to compensatory negative shifts in genetic homeostasis. The real-time polymerase chain reaction with allelic discrimination was used to study the polymorphisms of the eNOS Glu298Asp rs1799983, AGTR1 A1166C rs5186, and HLA-DRA C/T rs3135388 genes of 117 patients aged 23-46 years with pancreatic pathology. Genotype frequencies were evaluated for compliance with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law, with a further calculation of Multiplicative and General inheritance models. Positive blood contamination with aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, and xylene) was found which should be absent under normal conditions. Significant dependence (p <0.05) of the pancreatic disease's development on the frequency of the C normal allele (OR = 2.69; CI: 1.13-6.32) and the C / C (OR = 2.88; CI: 1.07 -7.75) normal homozygous genotype of the HLA-DRA C/T rs3135388 gene was found, as well as their significant joint effect with hypertensive states associated with the ? minor allele of the eNOS Glu298Asp rs1799983 gene (for AH - OR = 4.67; CI: 1.30-16.40) for conditions of excessive blood contamination by anthropogenic chemical factors (aromatic hydrocarbons).
