Abstract

The target of paper is the presentation of theoretical basis, methods and results of digital modeling (structural-lithological, geological-dynamic, logic-information) of heavy minerals placers for defining of their economic prospects. It is connected with need to improve methods of informational provision for researching works, aimed at involving of heavy minerals placers for the development of raw materials base of titanium, zirconium, tin, gold and other metals according to demands of pertinent industrial progress. The application of various methods of digital modeling on different placer deposits are considered. The results showed practical viability of the proposed approaches.
