PROVIDING SOFTWARE PACKAGE OF MINING INFORMATION TO SEMNAN PROVINCE (ACTIVE AND ABANDONED MINES)
Abstract
Classification of information and data of mining in every relevant mining industry plays an important, sensitive, and undeniable role in progressive decision making procedures. Collecting this data in the form of a software collection package can be useful in providing service and information for the future mining activities and industries. Organizing of mining information on base the type of major minerals, geological setting, origin of the forming , and situation of the active and abandoned mines basically leads to better programming for relevant industrial activities within a geographical area. To this end, mines database and the package of mining information of Semnan province has been provided. In order to achieve this goal, all of data and information of mineral such as geological properties and maps and the others properties of each mine have been collected and analyzed. Then a program has been written with the language of C\#.Net in the Microsoft net Framework2. In this package, the ability to search based on some variables such as mineral type, metallic or non-metallic mines, amount of reservoir, position of them in the province and geologic setting in an area is available. The background map of the package can be replaced at will by any map of Semnan province such as geological map, satellite photomap, Roadmap, province and cities map on base of user favorite and requirements.
