UBL CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSPECTIVES AS SLOVAK STANDARD FOR E-PROCUREMENT

Abstract

UBL is product of international effort to define standard for electronic business documents based on XML without licence fees. Contribution deals with creation of electronic business documents derived from UBL 2.0 for „Order-to-Invoice“ process in Slovak SMEs environment, identification of particular items in business documents and mapping these items to UBL standard with subsequent customization of UBL. Contribution further deals with visual presentation of created documents in MS InfoPath environment in relation to ABILITIES (Application Bus for InteroperabiLITy In enlarged Europe SMEs, FP6/2004/IST/4) B2B portal solution. Outcomes of this contribution are customized electronic business documents realized and validated in the frame of ABILITIES portal in B2B environment.
