EXAMINATION OF THE UNIFORMITY OF GNSS MEASUREMENTS BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF POST-IMPLEMENTATION TECHNICAL INVENTORY OF BUILDINGS
Abstract
using GNSS methods. Polish legal regulations concerning the standards of topographic and altimetric surveys only obligate to perform control measurements on at least two points of a horizontal control, located within the distance not longer than 5 km from the surveyed points. Those control measurements should be performed before or during the session of GNSS surveys. Legal regulations in Poland do not specify other technical parameters of GNSS measurement, such as the required number of observed satellites, the permitted value of the PDOP index, standard deviations of the position being determined, with specification of horizontal and vertical components, the number of position determinations, the time of measurements for a point. Such requirements were included in the Guidelines of the Surveyor General of Poland in 2011 [8]; however they did not gain the status of an obligatory standard пїЅ they were not included in any legal regulation. The authors examined if recommendations concerning technical parameters of GNSS measurements included both, in legal regulations and in the Guidelines of the Surveyor General of Poland [8] are applied by surveyors in Poland. The authors examined if those measurements are performed in a uniform way. The technical documentation of surveys concerning the post-implementation inventory of buildings was used for the discussed analysis.
