Abstract

Environmental problems show their relevance at the present stage of gradual depletion of resources and increasing demands on product quality and the state of the environment, which in turn entails a change in the requirements for management systems that currently need to include quality management systems, environmental management systems environment, occupational safety and health management systems, social responsibility requirements, which are reflected in international standards ISO 9000, ISO 14 000, OHSAS 18000 and SA 8000 and various industry standards. To solve the problems of enterprises' impact on the environment, systems are currently widely used to ensure compliance with norms and requirements that limit the negative impact of economic activity and its results on the environment and contribute to its recovery and reproduction. These management systems are implemented through a combination of legal, administrative, organizational, economic, technological and other measures. Most industrial enterprises need to change traditional corporate governance systems based on production management, financial resources and personnel, for the application of new systems that meet the needs of the environment as an external factor of the organization. The combination of traditional and new management systems should constitute an effective structure of the corporate governance system based on a system approach to management.
