Abstract
The theme of this project is the presentation of a model of drawing for civilian surface buildings, in order to start a series of major projects. The piece of land subjected to topographical measurements is situated in the western part of the extended urban area of Timisoara, Timis County. The beneficiary of this project is a multinational corporation situated in the city of Timisoara. As placement is concerned, the piece of land is situated in a rural area, close to the city. This work focuses on the study of topographical engineering being applied in the field of constructions and ways of increasing the drawing efficiency by using the Leica Flexline TS02 total station. The elaboration of the project was based on a topographical building survey in Timisoara, Timis County and a construction project to erect a metal warehouse and its annexes. Both a hardware and a software database were needed for the project to be realized, which consisted of: GPS Stonex S9 GNSS II and a total station, software such as AutoCAD 2014 TopoLT, Leica Geo Office Tools and Microsoft Office.Given the large size of the investment and its high number of axes, checking was done by verifying distances, alignments and possible deviations of angular horizontal axes which imposed bringing the required corrections.
