Abstract

Market transformation processes of the machine-building enterprises have acquired special significance in connection with the defining role of these enterprises in providing of innovative development of economy in Russia and the complexity of their adaptation to market conditions. Integration of machine-building enterprises in the market field requires new approaches to the formation of product portfolio of enterprises which are discussed in detail in this article. Competitiveness of the final product is determined not only technical parameters, but also its ecological safety. Machine-building enterprises are not the main polluting enterprises. But they should function, taking into account the environmental condition of the region. Opportunities of technological base and human resources capacity of the machine-building enterprises can significantly increase the profitability of financial and economic activities through inputting of competitive goods in the market, oriented for the final consumer taking into account the necessary ecological safety of the goods.
