TELECOMMUNICATION DECISIONS FOR HIGH-PRECISION SATELLITE POSITIONING ON THE KACHARSKY PIT
Abstract
Scientific and technical progress created conditions for rapid development and introduction in surveying - geodetic production essentially and qualitatively new measuring and processing technologies. These technologies lay the foundation of formation and practical application of results of the geodetic measurements differing in more productivity, technological effectiveness and essentially important - bigger accuracy in comparison with traditional technologies [1]. Installation of the permanent base station of differential correction (BSDC) is developed for the purpose of the maximum automation of field, office surveying - geodetic works, and to increase accuracy and efficiency of determination of objects coordinates in the modes of post-processing and real-time on the Kacharsky pit. The main objective assigned to continuously operating station is a collection of code and phase data on the GPS/GLONASS satellites and distribution of these data to users (to services of JSC "SSGPO" and specialists of the contract organizations performing surveying and geodetic works on the field). Creation of communication network which has to give a collection of "raw" data from the base station for the development of the differential adjusting information and to transfer differential corrections to mobile receivers of consumers of the high-precision positioning system is considered in this article. In particular, justification of the inclusion of the mobile module in the structure of BSDC. Development of the base station of differential correction for commercial operation on the field of JSC "SSGPO" is financed by Science Committee of MES RK in the area of grants on scientific and technical projects for 2018-2020 and co-financed by the private partner - JSC "SSGPO".
