DEVELOPMENT OF THE DRILLING SCREWS TEMPERATURE FIELD PULSE MANAGEMENT FOR THE KISLOVODSKY NARZAN DEPOSIT HOT MINERAL WATER MINING
Abstract
Thermal springs are a true gift of nature, in which a person can find health and beauty. By the thermal springs are meant groundwaters with temperature more than 20 °C, which come to the surface. Also by thermal is often meant the source, in which the temperature is higher than the average values for the surroundings area. The healing properties of thermal springs are well known since ancient times - the ancient Romans built the terms around them. While taking baths, the warriors healed wounds received in the campaigns. Thus, the popular thermal resorts of Italy, Germany and Austria were founded today, where one can also undergo a thorough medical diagnosis. In the modern conditions of the eco-resort regions existence, one of the main tasks is to deliver the mineral water to the consumer with the maximum possible preservation of its healing properties. One of these places is the Kislovodsk mineral water field - narzan. It has a number of features that make it impossible to use conventional methods for extracting mineral water. This article addresses the issue of developing and synthesizing a closed-loop system for regulating the temperature fields of augers and pipelines, producing extracted hot sulphate narzan. The considered method is also applicable for some types of dolomite narzan. The resulting technical device avoids direct contact between the heater and the raw material. Which completely eliminates the possibility of reducing the quality of raw materials. The method described in this article was tested at the mineral water extraction company of the JSC ?Narzan-Hydro Resources? city of Kislovodsk. Software algorithms given in this article have copyright certificates issued by the Federal Institute of Industrial Property of the Russian Federation.
