AN APPROACH OF ENERGY RESOURCES CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN
Abstract
The transition to advanced digital, intelligent production technologies, the creation of systems for processing big amounts of data, machine learning and artificial intelligence is caused, among other things, by the need to move to a new level of digital energetics, which ensures the interrelationship between the generation, distribution and consumption of energy resources and their effective management. The efficiency of the use of energy resources is one of the urgent problems in the energy sector. One of the promising directions in this area is the development and implementation of automated dispatch control systems (ADCS) that provide automated monitoring and centralized control of distributed power supply and life support facilities for buildings and energy management systems (EMS) that implement energy management at the organizational and technological level. The article presents the developed approach to the construction of energy efficient systems for managing distributed energy resources combining the advantages of both types of systems. The developed structural model and information links of the system elements are presented. The methods used to analyze energy consumption and energy-saving management is highlighted. The results of the implementation of the Belgorod Region energy resources management system as an example are presented.
