SYSTEMATIC CADASTRE FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND IN ROMANIA
Abstract
Systematic cadastre is a work of great economic and social importance in any country. Determining the position of the land register boundaries of the lands on the basis of measurements. It includes description of buildings and land registry entries related to real estate rights, personal rights, acts, facts or legal relations connected with real estates and encumbrances or charges or how to exercise property ownership In the systematic cadastral are a number of steps that begin with the identification, measurement, description of buildings in technical documents representation on cadastral surveys and computer data storage media. Also be made to identify the owners, owners and other property owners in order to incorporate them in the land. At the end of their results public displays to give those interested possibility referral by the following errors appeared to finally proceed with the opening of land books. Within this complex process they have identified several problems both technical and legal whose resolution depends both on the involvement of local authorities and the change in legislation. In this paper will present the stages starting with citizens' information campaign works and receipt by the Office of cadastre and land registration. For example Castranova was elected town located in southern Romania Dolj County. The town is located in the plains and land use is predominantly agricultural.
