ECO-BUILDINGS SUSTAINABLE DESIGN IN LINKAGE WITH REMOTE SENSING AND UNDERGROUND URBAN AGRICULTURE
Abstract
Sustainable architecture has always been associated with solar and low-energy objects using natural energy at various stages of their life cycle. The developmental morphology of the buildings influences the urban spatial structure of different scales (city, district, housing estate, quarter, building). Its analysis, which is generally extended to the nearest surroundings and the interior space of buildings, draws attention to the relationship between the energy intensity of buildings and the urban context, which affects the shade of the building and its energy demand. In this respect, the form of objects, their thermal insulation, the intensity of the building, the distance between buildings and the density of the population. In environmental architecture, an important role play remote sensing techniques. Due to the increasing number of satellite sensors, environmental monitoring and temperature distribution can be carried out almost continuously. In addition, laser scanning and photogrammetric data visualization techniques allow the creation of 3D maps optimizing the calculation of energy demand of residential buildings. GIS tools enable the integration of the entire data spectrum and temporal-spatial analysis, facilitating sustainable space management. Integration of innovative laser biotechnology, ecological engineering and sustainable design could be a starting point for more efficient greening cities and sustainable development of Urban Agriculture and introduction a new generation of eco-houses with Underground Biotechnological Center of Waste Water Bio-treatment and Management of Municipal Wastes to Biogas and Greenhouse for production pollutants-free vegetables and evergreen Garden. Laser biotechnology integrated with sustainable design accelerate development green areas within cities support sustainable design adequate to climate change and optimal use of renewable sources of energy.
