Abstract

In work the solution of a operational and confidential data transmission problem with the necessary quality level of decodifying in the conditions of continuous increase in volume of video content containing data on critical infrastructure objects is proposed. The mechanisms allowing to define availability of planimetric information at stage of color-difference transformation are developed. Evaluation of the work of the developed method is given. To increase the data transfer rate, it is proposed to encrypt only the key information, removing it from the lowest processing process, the remaining data is proposed to be encoded using an JPEG algorithm. Identification of key information is carried out using the developed metric, which allows dispensing of protective data depending on their saturation in the block. To ensure confidentiality, it is proposed to use the Kalina cryptographic protection algorithm. The choice of this symmetric block algorithm is caused by its acceptance as the state standard SSU 7624:2014 ?Information technologies. Cryptographic information security. Symmetric block transform algorithm", which gives the right to use this algorithm in departmental structures.
