THE MAIN FACTORS AND CONDITIONS DETERMINING THE FEASIBILITY OF PRODUCTION OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS BASED ON THE POTENTIAL OF APPLIED RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
In the conditions of a sharp decline in demand for scientific research and research, caused both by a significant reduction in the scale of investment development and by the prevailing import of equipment with appropriate technologies, for applied scientific organizations it becomes increasingly necessary to directly participate in the industrial production of high-tech high-tech products. Identify and evaluate the main factors and conditions that determine the feasibility of producing high-tech products based on the potential of applied research organizations, as well as the economic efficiency of high-tech products, highlighting the contribution of research organizations as developers of new scientific knowledge and participants in the production of a new material product . The methods of generalization were used to systematize the scientific knowledge used for the production of high-tech products and supplements, and to improve the conceptual apparatus in the production and commercialization of high-tech products , as well as economic and analytical methods for identifying the main factors and conditions that determine the feasibility of producing high-tech products based on the potential of applied research organizations . Justified mechanism and evaluated and the economic efficiency of production of high technology products, based on the claim that research organizations, - developers of new scientific knowledge, the participants produce a new product material, form the costs and outcomes for the production of such products based on the use of this knowledge with the use of innovative equipment .
