Abstract

In this article we tried to emphasize the impor tance of labor within the tourism, because the workforce occupation is among the most serious problems with which is facing the world today, regardless of the degree of development of the country, because, on one hand, the level, structures and efficien cy of workforce occupation reflects the macroeconomic performances, as well as and the capacity of economic system to capitalize the available resources, and on the other hand, the labor is the only measure of individual contribution at the productive activity, and through this, the individual finds himself and defines its role and status in society. The research method used is resulted in using the analysis of the dynami c and structure of the labor from tourism which includes: comparative analysis, absolu te, relative and average indicators for the labor productivity, etc. An efficient labor mark et in the Romanian tourism is that which allows rapid adjustments of the touristic o ffer of workforce occupation at the expressed requests by the companies and investors from this domain and which is materialized in a support of the economic growth. In conclusion, in the context of workforce occupation growth in tourism, we can say that the aspect of workforce occupation growth in tourism is important. To achieve this idea is recommended permanent increase of the qualification level and awareness and creation of a flexible education system which it can adapt at the so diversified and variable requests of the labor in tourism.
