THE PROPOSAL OF THE TEST EQUIPMENT FOR ANALYSIS OF THE COVERING LAYERS OF THE CONVEYOR BELT
Abstract
The article deals with the structural design of the test equipment for analysis of coatings for hose conveyor belt conveyors. Processed list of existing test facilities in the world. Currently, there are various devices for testing materials using a bi-axial tension. The measuring device of its own production to measure axial forces in the conveyor belt, pipe conveyor is also the Technical University of Kosice. On it is possible to perform various tests conveyor belts by means of which the various measurements and tests. Device for university allows stretching in two directions. For this, it is necessary to create a device that will examine the sample in a number of directions, given that the conveyor belt is different in different directions features. Using the devices can be complex to determine the properties of the tested coatings. The main advantages of the modified test equipment is that it can use it to test a sample of the conveyor belt cover layers of different diameters ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm, and is preferably also its mobility. To create a 3D model of the device was used program PTC Creo 2.0. Plant design that has been created should be final and according to him, the device should be manufactured.
