Abstract

Digital land registration is a trend towards improving the effectiveness of a number of standards in the field of land databases and land management in general. Like smart life, the development of digital technologies in land registration is also very important, especially in the digital age, because land is an extremely valuable resource. Today, the use of information technologies in the inventory is an important direction and a necessary condition for achieving the goals of sustainable development. The use of information technologies in land cadastre in Uzbekistan has achieved some concrete successes, but there are still many shortcomings that require further improvement.
