MODELING OF A SPATIAL DISTRIBUTED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF A PRELIMINARY HYDRO-CLEANING GASOLINE STEAM COLUMN
Abstract
At the present stage of the mankind development, oil and oil products receive an increasing role. One of the indispensable in the modern world petroleum products is transport fuel. Up to 89% of the fuel contains components obtained during refining. Despite the tendency of developed countries to increase the share of cars that use diesel fuel, in Russia, most of the share is in cars that use gasoline. The benchmark indicator of commercial gasoline is the octane number - a measure of their detonation stability. The octane number is determined by the percentage by volume of isooctane and its mixture with normal heptane. As a high-octane component in motor gasolines, the isopentane fraction is used, which is the target product of the isomerization unit. An isomerization unit, as a rule, consists of two units - directly isomerization and a preliminary hydrotreatment unit. The latter is intended for the separation of unwanted, for the isomerization of gasolines, components coming to the installation of raw materials. However, the production of gasoline, like all oil refining, is a very environmental polluting process. One of the most "dirty processes" is the process of oil purification from hydrates. The article discusses a system for automatic control of the stripping column, which is part of the preliminary hydrotreatment unit. For research, a spatially distributed model was built. The dynamic characteristics of the control object were simulated in the HYSYS 8.8 simulation environment.
