Abstract
The Internet management is not an open process, as well as there is a lack of an information flow, where one could benefit from the information using speed,but not from hiding and misusing the latter. To appear through Internet in front of the professor for a diploma or face to face as a half-wit after electroning training. An ecologyc way of life as a balance between the two opportunities. Is the Internet a public space?Who is Internet?
