Abstract

The article discusses the visualization of educational information as an approach to the development of a graphic language that exists as a means of communication, in our case, as a language of instruction and research along with the verbal language. One of the means of improving the professional training of future specialists in the conditions of the prevalence of the screen environment is the formation of their skills in visualizing educational information. In the visualization of educational information, great opportunities are hidden for increasing the efficiency of the learning process, the development of creative abilities and mental activity of students. The logic of constructing a visual educational image is capable of transforming information into knowledge, into a certain concept or pattern to be assimilated. Psychological research shows that new information is better absorbed and remembered when both hemispheres of the brain are involved in the process of cognition, and the verbally offered information is accompanied by visuals. The theoretical foundations of visualization of spatial information originate in the depths of the fundamental science of cartography, develop simultaneously with the development of methods and technologies, today represented mainly by information technologies, "screen" presentation of information. The purpose of our research is to develop the concept of a visual language of instruction, its theoretical foundations and practical technology for processing verbal information by means of graphene, a special language of graphemes, logical schemes associated with both spatially distributed information and local, statistical, problematic content.
