Abstract

It is important to control the social issues not only regarding the outside factors but also the inside ones ensuring a responsible attitude towards the employees and the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze different points of view, namely, respondents as potential employees evaluate the working conditions in social enterprises that work in the social services industry, such as providing social services, education, supporting science, protecting and preserving the environment, protecting animals or ensuring cultural diversity. Tasks of the study were to evaluate the role of the social enterprises in creating the environment and the attitudes towards the employees of the organization. The research was undertaken in the form of in-depth interview about the social aspects in social enterprises (N=34). The interview included questions about the organizational culture of the social enterprises, the range of services as well as environmental and social issues. The research showed that social enterprises are solving social issues using business methods and tools; social entrepreneurship is wide, ambitious and varied. Social enterprises that are created to improve the social and environmental fields work as a driving force for social changes offering innovative solutions and promoting the availability of social services
