DEFORMATION ANALYSIS OF RESULTS FROM GEODETIC MEASUREMENTS FOR DAM DEFORMATION INVESTIGATION

Abstract

A method for dam deformation investigation, based on the deformations-theory and on the finite elements method, is proposed. The practical application of the method for a real object – Ognianovo dam is shown. Principles for changing geodetic measurements for dam deformation monitoring in order to provide better results from applying deformation analysis are suggested.
