Abstract

In recent years, Romania has experienced a particular dynamic in terms of ensuring the security quality of explosive materials through the security requirements stipulated in the applicable harmonized standards. In this sense, the procedure for sampling the products that are the subject of explosive materials must take into account the technicalscientific substantiation of the objective establishment of sampling schemes indexed according to the acceptable quality level for batch-by-batch inspection in order to provide objective evidence for the determination suppliers of explosives in terms of ensuring and maintaining the security quality of production processes in relation to a predetermined acceptable quality level. The paper highlights the grapho-analytical tools for configuring sampling schemes in accordance with the applicable requirements of SR EN ISO 2859 in order to establish the characteristic sizes of the elements of a sample in close correlation with the quantities related to a product or the corresponding batch. The responsible authority in the field will decide on the batches that are not accepted, that is, they can be rejected, sorted (with or without the replacement of non-compliant elements), reworked, re-evaluated against more specific use criteria, or retained for additional information.
