Abstract

The issue deals with a interf erences/ relations be tween protected areas and comunities and administrative system, and levels of interference caused by their specific relationships. So it appears as different studies upon the Carpathian region (Popa, Kern, 2008, Stoica, 2008, Pu ЕџcaЕџu, 2010, Naum, Butnaru, 1983, Chiri ЕЈДѓ, 2009 ). Those relations generated different types of environmental landscapes and dynamic changes in Carpathians area, different spatial sequenc es (Chirita, 2003). not only in the mountain area itself but also in depression and valleys surrounding. The highest volcanic massive of Romanian Ca rpathians, with the huge volcanic caldera spreads 6 km diameter, The Calimani Mountain has a peculiar stage of conservative natural landscape and also a specific human activity, conc retised by dispersed villages of Dornas Depression to Old mining activity at over 1700m , above sea level. The article analyzes two se ts of simultaneous environmental relationships between natural and human activity components: a constructive and destructive one, both in focusing on the succession of the former sulphur mine of Calimani area. Constructive relations involve the projects of ecologically reconstructions of mining former exploitation. Technical solutions are on the edge of the CДѓ limani National Park space and Master Plan and, also on the edge of local people desire. Far from their own desires, the inhabits from villages of Do rnas Depression, near by the Calimani National Park are between too many strengths: ancient desire of being owner of their mountains with traditionally human activ ities, nowadays a restricted pr otected area and also, far from equilibrium between natu re conservation declared regions and preserve area, because of stressed actions by economic activity as exertion of the incontrollable pasturage, woods exploitation, unorgani zed tourism or other polluting economic activities. The second level of analysis proposed in our article aims Dorna Depression. In the space area surrounding Calimani Mountain- Dornean, the dominant nature of relationships is a type of construction, but there are signs of development at least to Environmental disharmonic relationships (Chiri ЕЈДѓ, 2004, 2007, landscape- Stoica, 2008). Types of properties over forest, mainly, dornean geographical landscape characterized by humanized, protected ar eas and the mining ones, have became industrial Frische (Chirita, 2010, Pu ЕџcaЕџu, 2010), as types of new relationship between communities and protected area. The relative fragility of the Dornas landscape is mainly determined by the complex physical-geographical connections between the surrounding mountainous area and the depression hearth, with rapid transfers betwee n them at the soil leve l, the subterranean hydrographical network level as well as at the superficial one, and especially at the air 11th International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference SGEM2011 www.sgem.org International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference SGEM 2011 1058 level, by the atmospheric propagation of dust and noxa from the adjacent depression regions.
