ASPECTS ABOUT THE DETERMINATION OF THE PROCESS CAPABILITY OF MANUFACTURING ON THE QUALITY CERTIFICATION PRODUCT
Abstract
In this paper, it presents a modality for verification of conformity the parts which are achieved on CNC machine tools, modality which takes into account the production process capability. By this control method it determines the capability of the technological process of making the piece, it can be applied either on the technological process flow, or on reception of consignments of products. As the case study, it was considered a piece ,,end effector,, used in industry building of machine, whose volume of achievement is large series and meal. The factors, that influenced the certification of the manufacturing process of the piece, were: the production volume and the size's characteristic studied (maximum and minimum deviation). By extracting a sample of parts and measuring the characteristic studied, can be calculated, with precision, process capability of manufacturing. After measuring the pieces from the sample extracted, the data were entered into a statistical program by which are determined the values statistical parameters, including process capability. After processing the data, the obtained values have described a distribution normal, symmetric. Using the normal distribution for accomplishing statistically the pattern, has been demonstrated process capability of manufacturing.
