Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization in the world, competition is increasing with each passing day. As a result of these developments, companies, to gain is competitive advantage, a in wide range of products, quickly, as a cost-effectively and producing the desired quality level has to take to market. Not only manufacture and meets the expectations of the market, but also by establishing a rational work organization get the costs under control then the optimum level of resources to use in the business of the concepts of productivity and quality together takes into accounting.Information in the era of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the global competitive environment businesses can be successful, increase their market share. New markets meet customers expectations on the product or service for generating an enhanced form of government as the importance. TQM implementation model processing and sharing of knowledge and management came to the forefront place in the world. The success of Total Quality Management, that need business competitiveness in the global competitive environment will be provided with the necessary information technology. Communication in business, internal teams and between teams, will increase power by information technology. Also facilitate organizational learning. Computer, can be used only certain programs, but people should know how to reach new information in computers and meeting basic needs, the employee who is sufficient in itself. May be help to know basic information about the computer and use it as a source of information, can be defined as computer literacy. In the transition from industry society to information society, a new form of literacy is emerging. A computer literate person is not only use basic computer programs but also finds new information on computers and meets individual needs. To have an internationally recognized computer skill is very important for schools students, employee manegers and a like. Information technology literacy is be more effective, total quality management in enterprises. In the case of using of information technologies in a business; All information related to the business, more regular and easy access be ensure tu the administrators of the information they need on time and in the format they want, which will gain(4).
