Abstract

The need of real publication and distribution of the data from the cadastral systems more emphasized dictate adequate engagement of methodology and algorithms for registration of constrictive components which helps discretization of space phenomena and events. Within the turbulent ideas the cadastral systems which are functionally based on 2D treatment of property units do not have ability to accept and fulfill complex constructive segments and their contacts whit the close surroundings. This is only a part of the fundamental precondition which initialize transformation of 2D to 3D cadastral systems.
