Abstract

If the strategic goal of education is declared as social economic progress, the humanity should not have any problems with solving its current and future problems significant for the living arrangement of the world population. It should be noted that the process of globalization of a biospheric environmental disaster is not an urgent problem for Russia. In particular, Russia has spent its territorial biocapacity by 50% and, as a consequence, it acts as a global ecodonor. However, even in the 80s of the last century the essence of the global collapse phenomena and the overwhelming power of the negative social and cultural and ecological factors became clear. At the international level of intercommunion we suggest to prepare science and humanitarian factual material necessary to eliminate the mechanisms of biosphere catastrophe growth based on the globalization of education by improving the sense of the aspects below. 1. Philosophical and ideological information can allow creating standard recognizable automatisms of particular processes and determining the hierarchical ordering of the interleaved in personal perception. We believe that only at the worldview outlook level it is possible to eliminate untenable stereotypes of the modernism era which orient our economic activity to ecosystems destruction and to self-destruction of the mankind, insofar as ?renewable resources are not just resources, but the foundation of life?. 2. Chronological information should cover all fields of knowledge and culture to have conscious attitude to the quality control in past, present and future including the mechanisms of information warfare on a geopolitical scale. We believe that only at the philosophical and chronological level of outlook it becomes possible to evaluate words, slogans and strategies objectively. They ensure (self) management at the global and regional levels of significance. If a human is placed in the center of the world, ?knowledge, science, technology, free market, rights and freedoms? form the economic power of the parasitic internazism especially dangerous to life and health of the mankind at large. 3. Factual information inherent in the bases of ideology, national culture and culture studies helps to evaluate the achievements of research and technological innovations to meet the requirements of biospherically acceptable livelihood of social life. We believe that the directed autonomy of the mankind resolves itself into the satisfaction of the demographically determined needs on the basis of reducing the level of technological power and technological resource usage. 4. Economic information can assess the substantive meaning of economic theories and their exceptionally generalized funds for the expedient development of the biosphere allowable life-supporting technologies.
