RISK MANAGEMENT AS INSTRUMENT FOR FINANCING PROJECTS IN MINING INDUSTRY

Abstract

This paper gives some information about risk management and its significance for financing project in mining industry. The projects in mini ng industry are very exacting for financial sources. By the obtaining of financial sources must be accepted kinds of financing. In the concrete mining company we were determining, which kind of financing is possible to use to finance mini ng projects with acceptance of risk. With the selection of the form of financing are conn ecting risks, that we are analyzing and we were projecting possible form of financin g for mining projects. Suggested financial sources we were appreciating in term of optimal capital structure in concrete mining company. Key words: risk, risk management, costs, investment, project, capital.
