Abstract

Asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits deposited in the extraction of oils considered difficult to recover are investigated. Specific features of asphalt deposition of resin-paraffin deposits, caused by different content of high-molecular components in them and their properties, are revealed. Redistribution of petroleum paraffin hydrocarbons and asphaltenes between oil and asphalten-resin-paraffinic deposits deposited from them is shown. The process of precipitation of high-molecular components from heavy oil under dynamic conditions is simulated. The effects of various conditions on the properties and composition of deposited deposits, such as temperature, amount of additive, stirring speed, were studied. The dependence of the formation of the crystalline phase of paraffinic hydrocarbons on the content of the silicon oxide additive is shown. The formation of aggregates of high-molecular paraffins with asphaltenes of oil as a result of the asphalt-resin-paraffinic substances deposition process is revealed. Using the method of high-temperature gas chromatography, it was possible to detect the presence of high-molecular n-alkanes C40-C59 in oil asphaltenes, the content of which in oil is apparently very small. It is established that the concentrate of high molecular alkanes precipitates together with asphaltenes in a larger percentage proportionally to the added silicon oxide.
