DETERMINING PROCEDURE FOR THE POSITION OF THE SUPPORT ELEMENTS AND GUIDANCE AT WINDING SHAFTS
Abstract
The safe operation of the installation of a winding shaft is ensured by the vertical continuity of the guiding and the vertical overlap of the moise cross section. When digging the mine shaft, the topographer has the task of conducting, besides the performance of the vertical work, the installation of moise gaskets and the guiding when in relation to the shaft axes. Guiding and moise assembly operations require increased attention, given the role these elements play in the subsequent work of the shaft and its smooth operation. After fully digging the shaft, a mapping of the position of the shafts, guiding and of the contour of the shaft at each section is carried out, through which it is verified whether or not the works are in accordance with the project. After the winding shaft is put into operation, the topographer will periodically perform ? according to the technical regulations ? works to determine the position of the supporting and guiding elements, by which the deviations ? if any ? are established, and then corrective measures are taken. The proposed procedure allows the processing of data necessary to map the winding shaft at the level of each section, ensuring the necessary precision in determining the position of the elements, a high efficiency and increased safety of the operations.
