Abstract

This paper analyzes and summarizes the main results of Technological and Nontechnological Eco-innovations performance through the investment planning framework and gives comprehensive overview of one of European Union Investments planning case in one of the Baltic States. The used methods: scientific literature and legislative documents analysis show the planned and called investments overview during the 20142020 financial planning period and explicitly outlines the fields of investment planning attractiveness into the areas of process modernization, equipment replacement, technology changes, recycling and waste production in field of Technological innovations as well as standardization of processes, environmental audits and ecodesign in field of non-technological innovations.
