INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL PLATFORM OF INNOVATIVE ARCTIC TECHNOLOGIES AS A SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL HUB OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Issues of development and implementation of innovative products and technological solutions that ensure the comfort of human presence in the Arctic are one of the priorities of the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation, the Strategy of Spatial Development of the Russian Federation, the Strategy of Development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and National Security for the period up to 2020. This sphere which includes agriculture, marine bioresources and aquaculture, construction materials, tourism and other sectors of socio-economic development, is a set of small and medium-sized businesses. Organizations in these industries generally do not have a dedicated structure responsible for innovation, but mean a high degree of need for the development and implementation of innovative technologies and products, as well as the introduction of existing advanced technologies and products to expand and/or diversify their activities within the industry. The Murmansk Arctic State University (MASU) in partnership with the Federal research center "Kola science center of the Russian Academy of Sciences" (FRC KSC RAS) has created an information and analytical platform (IAP MASU-KSC), integrating consulting mechanisms, including a set of technological, commercial and marketing solutions that allow to develop and implement innovative, as well as existing advanced diversification products and technologies, to activity of organizations, carrying out the activity in the field of ensuring comfortable human presence in the Arctic conditions. The work is performed under support of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation, the state project ? 13.13404.2019/13.1.
