TECHNICAL OPERATIONS REQUIRED TO INTRODUCE THE IMMOBILIAR CADASTRY IN THE SANTIOAN LOCALITY INTRAVILAN, SINMARTIN COMMUNIQUE, CLUJ COUNTY
Abstract
Sintioana, the component of the Sinmartin commune, Cluj County, it was necessary to execute operations at legal, economical and technical level. This operation was done successively on cadastral sectors. The present paper deals with the study of the technical operations necessary for the introduction of the real estate cadastre, as well as the achievement of the site and delimitation plans for each building in part, from four cadastral sectors of within the built-up area of Sintioana. In order to take over the technical data necessary for the achievement of the new cadastral plan of the locality, the digitization of the old cadastral plans, 1980, scale 1: 5000 was used. By means of digitization has been transposed in electronic form: property ownership limits, contours of component plots, their use categories, and the constructions with their own characteristics. To verify the correctness of the data taken from the old cadastral plan, field inspections were carried out. Thus, from the newly created cadastral plan, the technical data corresponding to each studied building was taken, data that were included directly in the site lay-out and delimitation plan. As a further step, the planning and delimitation of the building in question were completed, with the legal data regarding the real estate, the plots and buildings. The symbolism used was in accordance with the legislation in force. Our research is the essential basis for the economical component of the cadastre, which once completed will fulfil the operation of introducing the real estate cadastre on the four studied cadastral sectors.
