Abstract

Based on a two-level model for the zone of non-reversible deformations that is produced near mine working, bifurcation-type criterion is developed for stability of heterogeneous rock mass. A new approach to calculate parameters of mine working lining has been proposed. It is based on the treatment on energy balance of “lining-rock mass". Geomechanical criteria of mine working lining stability are obtained.
