METHODS AND ALGORITHMS OF JOINT PROCESSING OF GEOELECTRIC AND SEISMOACOUSTIC SIGNALS IN REAL TIME
Abstract
The article discusses well-known methods and algorithms of joint processing of geoelectric and seismoacoustic signals, which have the possibility of practical implementation for geodynamic and geotechnical media monitoring in real time. One of these methods is the solution of the equation describing the probed geological environment, which is under the joint action of the electrical signal and the components of the seismic wave. This allows us to isolate and localize parts of the analyzed medium with different inhomogeneities. This becomes possible by combining in one signal processing algorithm the characteristics that are most informative and sensitive to medium inhomogeneities. The basis of the proposed method is the fact that the electrical parameters of the medium change their characteristics depending on external elastic influences. The article shows the results of theoretical and experimental researches of joint processing of seismoacoustic and geoelectrical signals. It is shown that the initial phase of the destruction of the ground foundations of buildings and the state of their underground structures can be detected at an early stage of occurrence.
