INVESTIGATION OF NEW COLLOID-CHEMICAL AND FLOTATION CHARACTERISTICS OF POLYFUNCTIONAL REAGENT
Abstract
Selective collector "polyfunctional reagent" consisting a mixture of butyl xanthoenate, N-allyl-o-izobuthyl-tiono-karbamat (TC-1000) and aerofloat composition in a ratio of 1: 1: 2 was selected on the basis of comprehensive research. Their colloid-chemical properties (surface tension, adsorption at the water-air wetting) was studied. Also colloid-chemical properties and ability flotation of sulfide monominerals with the usage of basic and multifunctional flotation reagents was evaluated. Furthermore flotation of sulfide polymetallic ore of TishinskпїЅ field with the usage basic and multifunctional flotoreagents was carried out. It is shown that collector flotation of lead-copper by usage of the optimum costs of polyfunctional reagent 15 g / t and T-80 - 10 g / t was obtained copper-lead collector concentrate with content of a copper of 11.3 % and recovery of 80.4% with content of lead of 13.8% and recovery of 73.0 %. In comparison with basic process of copper extraction to the shared copper-lead concentrate it increased by 4.1% and of lead by 4.8%. In case of zinc flotation of reagent with concentration 55 g / t and T-80 - 20 g / t was obtained zinc concentrate with zinc content of 56.3% and recovery of 93.6%. In comparison with the basic process of zinc flotation to zinc concentrate with the usage of polyfunctional reagent it increased by 1.7% and zinc extraction to zinc concentrate it increased by 2.5%.
