Abstract

One of the most important factors in economical development is using the resources efficiently. Land possession has a special importance in agriculture which is one of the main sectors of economy. Land is a limited and needed resource which is impossible to reproduce. On the other hand, many scientists explained that agricultural lands have been reduced day by day. For that reason it is necessary to make every kind of regulations and implantations for efficiently and fertile use of lands. One of the most important implantations is to accelerate the land consolidation works. It is necessary to find solutions to get proper and efficient use of public goods while solving the problems of land owners in Land Consolidation Works. In this study, the definition, benefits and reason of Land Consolidation will be explained. Ways of using lands under the authority and disposal of state properties that is not sufficient for agriculture in land consolidation projects will be presented. The problems and solutions will be put forth
