DETERMINING OF ACTUAL LOADING OF QUARRY TIP – LORRIES BELAZ 7513 AND 7514
Abstract
The activities in mine factories are unthinkable without a process of earth mass transportation. The expenses for the transport and related to it additional works (repairs, road construction, etc.) reaches to 40-50\% from general expenses for production of one ton of useful minerals. For the adequate esteem of the efficiency of the motor transport the directions of the objects periodically have to decide the problem with its rational use. The real loading of the tip-lorries could be used as many indicator. This indicator depends on the acting of many factors and for its exact determination special researches must be done. In more detail are examined: 1. the ways of determine the loading of the tip-lorries; 2. the place of the problem in the control of the open mines; 3. definition of “optimal loading” of the tip-lorries; 4. measuring of the factual capacity of the loaded mine mass in tip-lorries BelAZ 7513 and 7514.
