Abstract

The paper marks evaluation of existing me thodological tools for the formation of polymer composites, summarizes in brief the known technical designs and recent points of view for functioning of the old processi ng methods. Further, to make these systems usable in a practical working environment we will focus on the implementation of well- established utensils and ou tline possible new viewpoints for the modern revelations. Here, we will involve identified developments and routine utilizations, and will propose principally to change the standpoint for polymer composites fo rmation during their processing. Doing so, we will be able to use all the present achievements and advance known information for future improvements in the field. This will reach the ultimate goals and enlarge the vision for further performance of the composites' properties. In such a way, the future processing techniques will attain three complementary aims: 1) it could be possible to use one-step process to make filled polymer composites, jumping from the monomer and filler directly to the final useful product, thus 2) making considerable time, energy, and raw materi als cost-cutting reach ing great processing economies; 3) it will stand a chance to obta in new types of polymer materials that cannot be produced using old fashioned proce ssing tools. The first hopeful results have been obtained on the basis of the Оµ-caprolactam monomer and Ca 3(PO4)2 used as a filler. The obtained filled polymer composite has been examin ed and a pathway for its polymerization is proposed.
