REGULARITIES OF FORMATION OF THE PALEOPROTEROZOIC GROUP OF DEPOSITS OF THE ALDAN GRANULITIC-GNEISSIC AREA ACCORDING TO COMPLEX DATA
Abstract
Combination of domes and synform structures is a normal structural paragenesis of the Precambrian granulitic terranes. Structure of ore fields depends on deformations, related to granitic-domical tectonics. Deposits are usually confined to synforms framing domes. Such localization indicates motion and concentration of ore material in connection with tectonic transport on shoulders of emerged domes and transformations of rocks as a result of effect of rheomorphic granitoid mass [1]. Deposits of iron (with cobalt and copper) [2], phlogopite, marble, graphite and garnet are found in the areas of synformal structures of the Aldan granulitic-gneissic area, as well as diamonds [3], gold [4], chromspinellite and minerals of rare-earth and radioactive metals. These features suppose involvement of mantle material in formation of synformal structures. Rocks of the lower crust and complex dykes from synformal structures are studied. Based on results of the study and generalization of isotopic, geochemical and petrologic data, the role of mantle material in formation of wide range of deposits is shown.
