Abstract

Lots of modern heat supply systems were designed and constructed many years ago, but used today with low efficiency. The task of optimization of heat supply systems to increase the efficiency of such systems is related with high capital expenses of such process, but also with high mutual integration of heat supply systems with other infrastructure objects. In this regard the heat supply organizations are faced with a task of optimization of the efficiency indicators of functioning heat supply systems with minimal costs to increase a profitability of heat supply networks. Given the system approach [1] to optimize the functioning indicators of heat supply system with providing the heat to the maximum number of consumers. The definition of the task is to define the number of new consumers need to be connected to the existing heat network for maximizing amount of heat energy realized at certain heat and hydraulic opportunities of the heat system, according to all construction standards and quality requirements for heat supply systems. We consider the mathematical model developed for the improved planning of new heat supply consumers connection schedule. For each taken new potential consumer, every time when there is an option of connection this consumer to existing heat network or an alternative indicator of heat consumption level and the required heat exchange device, it is possible to choose the only optimum decision. It becomes possible considering restrictions and binary variables subset selection procedure. Results on existing heat supply system including 6 subsystems functioning in the city of Uvarovo, Tambov region of Russian Federation are discussed.
