Abstract

The article considers the main elements of integration logistics, the functions implemented with its help in the field of material and technical support and supply, the characteristic of innovative stability is given and a universal logical model is constructed. Logistics, organized for the timely and purposeful receipt of inventory at the right time and in the right place with economic benefits at the lowest cost, is considered as the most important sphere of economic activity at the macro level and as a field of management of economic entities at the micro level. Formation and development of infrastructure that ensures the effectiveness of logistics, defines a system of key parameters within which it is possible to build variational logistic models. The purpose of the article is to build a universal logistic model that can be adopted when developing an innovative strategy for the development of an enterprise in order to ensure its sustainable development. Based on the analysis of theoretical studies and foreign experience, numerous characteristics of logistics activities in the Russian regions, it is possible to present a general concept of logistics in its integrated form. Integration as a conceptual basis of logistic activity ensures its effectiveness and allows to evaluate its ability to develop in the current environment and provide a planned level of strategic development of logistics organizations.
