FEATURES OF GEOMONITORING DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN UNDERGROUND MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX IN THE HISTORICAL PART OF THE METROPOLIS
Abstract
Along with creating modern infrastructure facilities in Moscow, 9-storey building with a multi-level underground unit is being constructed in the central part of the city. Partial preservation of the structures of existing historical facades of buildings is provided during construction. Buildings, structures of the surrounding development and dense network of underground utilities fall into the zone of construction influence. Taking into account the construction in conditions of dense urban development, near existing buildings, structures and communications, as well as the need to preserve the facades of existing buildings, the safe project realization is possible with the use of combined geotechnologies for the development of underground space and integrated monitoring of the progress of deformation processes in the soil-rock massif, enclosing structures and structures of the edifices. During the monitoring, special attention is paid to objects of cultural heritage of Federal significance that have limited operational technical condition. High-precision geodetic surveying and inclinometric measurements are carried out at a complex observation station. High-precision surveying and geodetic and inclinometric measurements were carried out at a complex observation station.
