RESEARCH ON ESTABLISHING A TECHNICAL SOLUTION FOR OPTIMIZING ADR TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This paper starts from an economic reality regarding the transportation situation and aims to introduce a scientific approach in a field that, in our country, has received more interest from a legislative perspective than a technical one. Transportation, in its broadest sense, has developed alongside human civilization and has incorporated throughout history all elements of its technical and scientific progress. However, in addition to the major benefits that have established transportation as a standalone and highly important branch of any country's economy, inherent and sometimes significant risks have also emerged. The development of the chemical industry has led to the production of a highly diversified range of raw materials or finished products, of which a high percentage pose risks to the environment or any form of life if used or handled incorrectly. The transportation of chemicals, classified as hazardous, from the manufacturer to the beneficiary in industry or agriculture is reserved for a specialized branch of this sector.
