Abstract

Increasing the efficiency of the mechanization of the brown coal layers extraction requires updating the equipment from the technical endowment of the brown coal pits. The EsRc 1400?30/7?630 excavating machine with impeller represents the main tool from the endowment of the brown coal pits in our country. The cup runs displacement operation of the rock, its performance being found with the highest rate in labor productivity growth and reduce specific costs. It is realised, in this paper, with the help of the CAD/CAE software, a study on the shape and the geometrical parameters of the dredger buckets existing in exploitation and a new solution of asymmetrical basket is suggested
