Planul de Management al Spațiului Hidrografic Siret, broșură pentru public, 2009 -2015 Administraţia Bazinală de Apă Siret, Bacău, Romania 2008 [12] Water treatment = a complex process of retention and neutralization of the dissolved harmful substances, in a colloidal or suspension state, present in the industrial and urban waste waters, that are not accepted in the aquatic environment into which the treated water discharge is made and that allow the recovery of the physico-chemical properties of the water before use. (обяснителна бележка) [13] In this respect, it should be mentioned the recent decision of closing down the S.C. Moldeternit S.R.L Bicaz hazardous waste storage facility. (обяснителна бележка) [14] Waste co-processing consists of a partial substitution of the traditional raw materials and fossil fuels by waste used - from a material perspective, as well as energetically - in the cement manufacture process; in addition, the use of waste coprocessing, as a viable method of protecting the environment and human health, is an important advantage in the climate change prevention action. This process leads to the indirect reduction of greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4) arising from waste disposal. (обяснителна бележка)
