Abstract

The necessity of becoming competitive in the global economy brings many changes in the business. Companies will have to become international and act on global markets. Companies need to expand their cadre of quality people with a global mindset and skills. This requires to know the country, culture, national economy, too the principles of the global market. The role of universities is to promote the education of the graduates with stronger entrepreneurial training, to stimulate entrepreneurship in the global market.
